Kyle Futch has a proven track record with a successful career in the commercial insurance industry. Prior to founding Brick City Insurance, he was a producer/area leader for a top 5 retail insurance agency in the country and then pursued a dream to open his own small firm, in order to develop even stronger relationships with his clients.

He has a high level of expertise on Florida insurance laws and policy, and a true passion for helping his clients in the commercial construction and manufacturing industries navigate this area of their business.

Kyle holds strong family values. When he is not working with clients, he is spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. Kyle’s hobbies include watching sports, fishing and cooking.

Melanie North has been in the Commercial Lines Insurance industry for more than 30 years.

Not only has she worked with several different agencies, but over the years she was a commercial lines underwriter with several major insurance companies throughout her career. Melanie has a high level of expertise with regards to insurance laws and policy.

Where Melanie really shines is her ability to help clients and to put them at ease with any questions or concerns that might arise.

When Melanie is not in the office helping clients, you can usually find her watching Netflix or traveling to see family.

Lissy joined Brick City Insurance after operating in the title insurance industry. She has a background in customer service and a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing.

Combined with this experience, she has a passion for developing relationships with clients and ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

Her accomplishments in the title insurance industry have allowed her to gain knowledge regarding various types of insurance and she now looks to develop her repertoire to include commercial insurance. Lissy is originally from South Africa and has been a proud Ocala resident for the past 7 years.

In her free time, Lissy enjoys brewery hopping, going to country concerts and boat days on the lake with her husband and little boy.

Krista joined Brick City Insurance with an extensive background in the construction and manufacturing industry.

With experience as a former Human Resources Manager, she has extensive knowledge on the topic of insurance claims and understands the importance of client support from the agency side. She has a passion for building relationships and helping others. Krista has a Master’s Degree in business, and is a proud Clemson football fan.

When she is not at the office helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her wife and daughter. Her hobbies include traveling and spending time on the lake.

Savana helped found Brick City Insurance with her husband Kyle, taking on the role of financial officer. Savana is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. She has a passion for developing plans to ensure financial growth for Brick City Insurance.

In her free time, Savana enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, daughter, and son.

Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Healthcare Management in 2018 and started working in healthcare before moving into Real Estate. Stephanie came from a residential Real Estate background. She became Rookie Agent of the year in 2021 and One Million Dollar Producer in 2022. With her diverse background and eagerness to learn, Insurance is another area she is excited to master. She has lived in Marion County for over 20 years, becoming familiar with the surrounding areas which was beneficial in Real Estate career, and she is now using it to build her career in insurance.

Stephanie prides herself in building relationships. She loves to be around people and enjoys helping others. This quality has been a key factor in all of her success. She now uses this quality talking to business owners about their coverage and ensuring exceptional service.

When Stephanie isn’t working you can find her spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is either on the lake or the beach as often as she can be. In down time, she enjoys any outdoor activities – rollerblading, running, walking her dogs, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc.
